    I’m with you.

Easter is a time for renewal, so a new outfit is a good idea. A child that small should not have too much candy, if any. A modest toy would also be appropriate.

    Happy Easter

I used to get just a basket. sometimes there was something small like lipgloss or something mixed in with the candy

No u don’t give gifts on Easter so don’t start something u can’t finish….kids get a basket full of candy and maybe a toy and eggs that’s it!!!!!! grown up don’t need anything but a plate of food..only time I give gifts is Christmas & Birthdays the rest of the year is for me .

I wouldn’t give candy as most kids already will have enough candy to rot their teeth.

Maybe a small toy like a stuffed animal or an outfit would be okay.
