Is it illegal to have an anti-prom?

Underage drinking and vandalism does.

If these rich girls have a problem with your plans, forget about them. Just do what you want and have fun.

BTW, I never went to my prom and have never regretted it.

Why would this be illegal. Proms are not generally considered legal entities. Do what you want to do.
